This is a cable off the battery terminals. The connector isn't from a Battery Tender, any idea what this was for?	Do you have an extra one of these? Its the bushing/spacer for the bolts that hold the "gas tank".	You have one of these? Its the rear cap for the headlights, I only have the lower one.
